First Fall-A-Day Event A Success For Downtown Sheridan

Halloween is just around the corner and after that it’s Thanksgiving and Christmas. Downtown Sheridan businesses celebrated the “Fall-a-day” spirit with special sales and promotions. Julie Davidson owns Big Horn Mountain Sports and she says traffic was light.

Over 30 businesses participated setting Jack-o-lanterns at their doors to mark which stores were open. The evening ended with the Craft Brothers performing at the Elks Lodge. The Historic Downtown Retail Committee will meet in November to recap the event. The next major downtown promotion is the annual Christmas Stroll on Friday, November 27th.
