First Buffalo Farmers Market of the Summer Wednesday

First Buffalo Farmers Market of the Summer Wednesday

Buffalo's Farmer's Market, also known as the Main Street Market, is back again this summer and the first one of the season will be today, (Wednesday, June 26th) from 4 to 7:30pm.

Vegetables, produce, flowers, baked goods, pottery and fresh local eggs are just a few of the items available every week at the Main Street Market which will be happening every Wednesday at Crazy Woman Square through September.

Gene Sturlin, Buffalo Downtown Association Board Member and Chair of the Events Committee, tells us how the weekly markets began.

Booths are still available for vendors and spots for local musicians and entertainers to perform throughout the summer. This week's entertainment will be the Buffalo Community Choir on stage at the square.

Sturlin said entertainers of all kinds are needed during the weekly
Main Street Markets.
