Executive Council Hosts Sheridan Panel Discussion

The ENDOW Executive Council began their meeting Thursday at Sheridan College with a panel discussion with representatives from a number of different organizations in Sheridan.

Dixie Johnson, CEO of the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce talked about what the most challenging barrier to growth is and how it can be addressed.

Johnson said that what sets Sheridan apart from other communities is the highly educated workforce and entrepreneurial spirit of those that live in the area. Others that took part in the panel discussion were Sheridan Travel and Tourism Executive Director Shawn Parker, Sheridan County Commission Chairman Steve Maier, Norleen Healy with the Northern Wyoming Community College District Board of Trustees and Wyoming Business Council Board Member Ron Kensey.
