U.S. Senator Mike Enzi provided some difficult questions for Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius during a recent appearance in front of the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee. Enzi's main concern and question that he expressed to Sebelius was how she was going to fix the health care law.

The Senator cited this example as one of the many things that is wrong with the law.

Since President Obama admitted to there being flaws in the health care law during his State of the Union address this past week, Enzi asked the Secretary whether she felt the law needed to be changed.

The hearing was the first time that Sebelius has appeared before the HELP Committee since her nomination two years ago. As the law continues to be implemented, Enzi said he will focus on ways to eliminate the provisions that limit basic freedoms and will work to enact reforms that will focus on increasing consumer choices and decreasing health care costs.
