Sheridan Fire-Rescue, law enforcement, and other emergency response agencies will assemble at the Fire Station in Sheridan for a time of remembrance Sunday. The ceremony will honor those that lost their lives and the families and loved ones that were affected by the tragic events of September 11th, 2001. Sheridan Fire Marshal Brian Songer runs down the schedule of the ceremony.

Songer said that following the ceremony, the public is encouraged share their stories of how 911 affected them. Once again the silent walk will begin at 7:45 on Main and Brundage and will proceed south on Main Street, then east on Works Street to Sheridan Fire-Rescue.
