'Echoes of the Past' History Tours Begin Thursday

The annual “Echoes of the Past” cemetery tours, offered by the Jim Gatchell Memorial Museum will begin this week, with tours offered nightly this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Spots are still available, but they are filling fast.
Reservations for the tours can be made through the museum up until closing the day of the tour.

Jennifer Romanoski, Museum Educator at the Gatchell Museum, said those attending the tours will learn about local and Wyoming history through live-role play by local actors portraying historical figures from Buffalo's past.

The tours will be offered on August 8th, 9th, and 10th and again August 15th, 16th, and 17th at Willow Grove Cemetery in Buffalo beginning at 8:30 each night.
Special non-walking tours will be offered on August 7th and 14th.

Spots on the cemetery tours can be reserved through the museum for $25 per person.

Proceeds from the cemetery tours will benefit the museum's educational fund.
