Dog Ordinance, Catering, and Variances On City's Agenda

Dog Ordinance, Catering, and Variances On City's Agenda

Buffalo's City Council will work through a relatively light Agenda Tuesday, with the second reading of Ordinance No. 1372 the main topic of discussion.

The Ordinance, which will prohibit dogs on municipal lands, will have its second reading. The Ordinance is purposely not specific to which lands would be affected, so the council can do so by Resolution, which will make any future changes to the Ordinance much easier and cheaper to do.

Also on the Agenda are a number of catering permit requests, two designated open container area requests, and two variance requests.

The city's department heads are also scheduled to give their reports to the council.

The meeting will begin at 5pm tonight in City Hall.
