Once a month, the Sheridan Police Department mails out random surveys to citizens who’ve had recent contact with the department.

Sheridan Police Lieutenant Travis Koltiska says that the customer satisfaction surveys are intended to gauge the public’s satisfaction with their recent interaction with the police department.

Koltiska said that last year, they received back 30 percent of the surveys that were sent out and that they review all of the responses quarterly.

Koltiska said that the surveys can also be accessed online through the Police Department’s page at the City’s website. A link to the site has been provided below.
