Cowboy Carousel Kickstarter Still Needs Funds

Arts Along The Bighorns began their Kickstarter program in December to raise the necessary funds to purchase and eventually move the historic Cowboy Carousel to the proposed Cowboy Carousel Center in the old Beutler Building on North Lobban Street.

The Cowboy Carousel is hoping to raise $25,000 on their Kickstarter program, but they are still significantly short of their goal with the deadline of January 27th fast approaching.

Arts Along The Bighorns President Kitty Merrill, in an earlier interview, said she hopes the Cowboy Carousel Kickstarter program goes viral.

The Cowboy Carousel Committee has only until 2am EST on Sunday, January 27th to raise $25,000 to continue the project. So far they have 26 backers and have raised just over $4,000.

To help, go to the link at the end of this story at, pledge whatever amount you can and post the link to your Facebook and other social media sites to help them raise awareness and the necessary funds.

All donations are tax-deductible.

More information on the carousel can be seen at the link to their Kickstarter program.
