County Signs Agreement With Ptolemy For Judicial Center

The Johnson County Commissioners, at their last meeting, approved the chair to sign an agreement with Ptolemy Data Systems of Sheridan to provide computer services for the new judicial center.

The agreement is for a total of $93,054.04 which includes roughly $63,000 in hardware and equipment, installation and service according to discussions at the meeting.

The county originally budgeted $135,000 for the services, equipment and installation, so the agreement saved just under $42,000 from the county's original estimate.

According to their website, Ptolemy Data Systems offers Information Technology Services, Network Security Systems and Network Monitoring, Disaster Recovery, Secure Data Storage and High-Definition Videoconferencing.
