Council to Consider Replacement of Golf Cart Fleet

The Sheridan City Council will meet for their regularly scheduled meeting Monday night at City Hall. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

The Council will be considering a resolution authorizing Mayor Roger Miller to sign the Clean Water State Revolving Fund Pre-Application for the Emergency Hill Slides Stabilization Project in the amount of $2.5 million. City Council President Kelly Gooch says that there are several slides that need to be addressed soon.

The Council will also be looking at approving a contract with Masek Golf Car Company of Gering, Nebraska, for the purchase of 45 Yamaha golf carts for the Kendrick Golf Course.

The Council will also consider approving the Sheridan College Sign Master Plan, which would allow the College to have several electronic signs on their campus. The appointment of Interim City Attorney Brendan Kerns will also be considered by the Council. The meeting will take place at 7 pm on the third floor of City Hall in Council Chambers. The meeting will be broadcast on AM 1410 KWYO.
