The Sheridan City Council will be considering the selection of Humdinger Equipment, Ltd, for the lease-option acquisition of a new landfill compactor at their upcoming meeting Monday night. City Councilman Jacob Martin says that the compactor is a vital piece of equipment in extending the life of the landfill.

Council will also be considering first reading of an ordinance that amends the City’s current ordinance on wireless communication facilities.

The Council will also be considering a resolution establishing a purchasing and procurement policy for the City and a resolution approving the Sheridan Community Land Trust License agreement for the Soldier Ridge Trail Extension Project. The Council will meet Monday at 7pm in Council Chambers on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall.
