Contest Now Open for 2019 Stroll Button

The time is now for submission of designs for the 2019 Christmas Stroll Button.

The contest is open to all students in grades 1 through 6, and a button design will be selected by the Stroll Committee based on how well the design fits the theme of this year's Christmas Stroll.

The theme this year is “The 12 Days of Christmas.” The winner of the design contest will receive $100 in Chamber Bucks and a framed copy of a Stroll Button featuring his or her design.

Design entry forms are available at all Sheridan County elementary schools, the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce office at 24 S. Main Street and online at

Entries are due June 4 and can be mailed to the Chamber at P.O. Box 707, Sheridan, or dropped off at the Chamber office.

The Christmas Stroll is always held on the Friday after Thanksgiving. The date this year is Nov. 29.
