Concert Features Music Variety

Patriotic, religious, blues and rock music will all be heard next week at Big Horn High School when the band and choir present their fall concert.

The show will be Wednesday night, starting at 7, in the high school auditorium. The event is open to the public, free of charge.

Both groups are directed by Ariel Downing. The band will play the “Hosts of Freedom” march by Karl L. King, “Overture for Band” by Richard Saucedo, “Saber Dance” by Aram Kharchaturian and “The Blues Brothers Revue.” The choir will perform “Benedictus” by Brian Lewis, “Celebrate With Jubilant Song” by Mary Lynn Lightfoot, “I’m A Believer” by Neil Diamond and “Wayfaring Stranger” by Linda Spevacek.
