Commissioners Award Bid for County Road Project

The Sheridan County Commissioners met for their first regularly scheduled meeting of July Wednesday. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.


County staff opened bids for the Little Goose Canyon Road project On June 22. Four bids were received and ranged from $111,000 to $128,000. Commissioners Wednesday, awarded the bid for the project to Oedekoven Excavating and Construction LLC in the amount of $111,126. County Engineer Ken Muller.

Muller said all of the bids came in under the estimated cost of the project, which was $129,799. The project will be funded through the Capital Facilities Tax.
