City of Sheridan Treasurer Jennifer Reed updated the City Council Monday night on the revenues and expenditures by fund for the City's General, Special Revenue and Enterprise funds.

Reed explains the year end for the General Fund.

Reed explains how the revenues and expenditures shaped up for the One-Cent Sales Tax fund and the Water and Sewer and Sanitation funds.

Reed stated that the $500,000 subsidy that was required for the Ambulance fund will be reconciled at mid-year due to liabilities for the current year that include employee leave and leases.

She also indicated to the Council that the City's books will be closed by October 14th, and that an audit is scheduled for the first two weeks of November. The audit report is expected to be complete by December 31st, 2011.
