City to Host Fluoride Public Meeting

Posted in

The City of Sheridan next week will host an informational meeting on the topic of fluoride.

The City began fluoridating the public water supply in January of 2015. Sheridan Mayor Roger Miller says that they will have presentations from City Staff on the current fluoridation process, Clean Water Sheridan, who’re against fluoride, and Janet Berry with the CDC, who will speak on the benefits of fluoride in the water.

Miller said the public meeting will be from 5:30 to 7 pm, Thursday May 18 at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital downtown community conference Room on Gould Street.
