The Sheridan City Council will address a request to re-subdivide 7.2 acres of the Sugarland South addition. The request is from the owners of the Albertsons shopping center development and it would create four lots out of two existing lots for possible future commercial development.

Council President John Bigelow says that the request is simply to re-subdivide the lots, as Albertsons hasn't expressed any definitive plans as of yet.

The lots that Albertsons is requesting to have re-platted range in size from a half an acre, to just over three and a half acres.

City Treasurer Jennifer Reed will provide the Council with an update on the City's declining revenues.

Tonight's Sheridan City Council meeting will take place at 7 o'clock on the third floor of City Hall in Council Chambers. The meeting can also be heard live on AM 1410 KWYO.
