City Council Adopts Land Use Plan

The Sheridan Land Use Plan was adopted by the Sheridan City Council at their meeting Monday. Planning and Economic Development Director for the City Robert Briggs, explains more about the plan.

Briggs also mentioned that the plan is a moving document meaning it can be amended. He also shared the several ways the community were provided with opportunities to give feedback.

The Council voted unanimously to adopt the plan. According to Briggs, they will now start to develop a work plan based on the goals and action steps laid out in the Land Use Plan.
