Chicken Product Recall Includes Wyoming

Posted in

Albertsons and Safeway stores throughout Wyoming are recalling Breaded Chicken Cutlets made with Gourmet Boutique’s recalled breaded chicken.

Gourmet Boutique was recently notified by an ingredient supplier that the bread crumbs it received and used in the recalled products, potentially contained undeclared milk.

People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they happen to consume the affected products. The recalled product is sold from the salad bar in the deli area. The breaded cutlets are packaged in a black tray with a clear plastic lid or white paper bag. To date, no illnesses have been reported in connection to the recall.

The sell through date is listed as all packages up to June 15th. Customers are asked to discard the products, or return them to their local store for a full refund. If you have questions about the recall, you can call 1-877-723-7672.
