There's a new running technique that's gaining mention among runners nationwide, and Sheridan athletes will get a crash course Saturday. Damian Stoy, a certified Chi Running instructor and founder of Wholistic Running in Bozeman, says running injuries are often caused by unnatural stresses and weight distribution on the body.
