Sheridan Fire-Rescue has concluded their investigation into the cause of the January 11th, fire at 726 Long Drive in Sheridan that claimed the life of 42-year-old Ginny Lynn Erdman. Fire Marshal Brian Songer explains what the investigation revealed.

Songer says that there was another important finding that came out of the investigation.

Songer wanted to remind people that Sheridan Fire-Rescue has a fire prevention program that provides smoke detectors to anyone who may need them. He also pointed out that firefighters can assist with recommendations for proper placement in the home, as well as installation.
