Carnival Opens

In addition to the Sheridan WYO Rodeo, the carnival opened up Wednesday night with all the sights, sounds, and smells of carnival time.

There were the traditional rides like the Ferris Wheel and the Merry-Go-Round, but there was also the Spider, the Typhoon and Zipper, rides that would make many a stomach turn.

Savannah Beasley had her kids there and they were abuzz with excitement.

Kim Bougie brought her niece, Zoey, to the carnival. For little Zoey it was a little overwhelming so Bougie was planning on riding with her.

Ten year-old Sierra Zugel was enjoying the rides and the carnival food. She said corn dogs and chili fries don’t mix well with carnival rides.

The carnival continues through Saturday night beginning at 5 each day.
