Candidates, PACS Must File Finance Reports

Secretary of State Max Maxfield says state law requires candidates, candidate committees, and political action committees (PACs) to file a post-general election campaign finance disclosure report by November 14—a law that applies to all non-federal candidates.

According to Peggy Nighswonger, State Election Director, the Receipts and Expenditures Report is to be filed within 10 days following the election.

The public may view and print campaign finance disclosure reports from statewide candidates, candidate committees, and PACS on this website at https://www.wycampaignfinance.gov

Candidates for federal office file with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and the public may view those campaign finance reports at www.fec.gov
