Sheridan Media first reported in December that Sheridan County School District Two was negotiating the sale of the old Woodland Park school in Sheridan. The sale of the facility closed Tuesday, and the building now belongs to Bethesda Worship Center of Sheridan. Bethesda Lead Pastor Scott Lee says along with being a place of worship, it will be a building for the community.

Pastor Lee says that they're hoping to be moved into the building in the next several months.

Lee said that they intend to sell the building that Bethesda is currently in located at 1100 Big Horn Avenue.
