Buffalo Trap & Skeet, 4-H Offering Shooting Competition

The Buffalo Trap & Skeet Club and Johnson County 4-H are teaming to offer a shooting competition and early registration ends Friday.

“Johnson County Top Shot” is a competition for teams of 3 or 4 persons in open, ladies, junior (8-12), and youth (13-18) divisions that will compete in archery, shotgun, rifle and pistol.
The event will be held Saturday, June 22nd at the Buffalo Trap & Skeet Club on Stockyard Road.
Check-in time is 8am, and the competition will begin at 9.

Competitors will supply their own equipment and ammunition for the competition.
A black powder shoot will be offered as a bonus round, and supplies and equipment will be provided by Johnson County 4-H.

The cost to participate is $120 per team for early registrations through Friday, or $160 per team after June 7th.
