Buffalo Police Respond To Dispute Involving Firearm

**Update, 12:30pm:

Chief Jason Carder, in a press release, said at approximately 1:23am officers responded to a report of shots fired at 260 S. Cummings in Buffalo.
Jacob Sundquist, 32, was arrested on Attempted Murder and Aggravated Assault charges.
The case is still under investigation.

A home located at Parmalee and Cummings Avenue in Buffalo has been cordoned off and Buffalo Police are investigating after getting a report of a domestic dispute with shots fired sometime in the overnight hours last night.

Buffalo Police Chief Jason Carder gives more details.

The incident is still under investigation and more information is expected from Chief Carder as it becomes available.
