Buffalo Full of Holiday Events This Weekend

Buffalo Full of Holiday Events This Weekend

In addition to the chili feed and the parade downtown this weekend, there are numerous other happenings going on to help welcome in the Christmas Holiday.
The Buffalo Senior Center will offer their annual Holiday Bazaar Friday and Saturday.
Sally Frost, with the Senior Center, tells us more.

Vendor tables are still available for the bazaar by contacting Frost at the senior center.
After the parade Saturday night, warm up at the center with cinnamon rolls, coffee and hot chocolate.
Also this weekend is the Buffalo Children's Center Bazaar at the Johnson County Fairgrounds from 9am to 3pm.
Vendors will be selling many items perfect for gift-giving. Proceeds go toward classroom supplies and other needs at the children's center. Refreshments will be available as well.
The St. Luke's Episcopal Church's Surprise You Sale will be happening on Saturday too.
The sale has been going on for over 75 years and raises money not only for the church, but for area charities.
Donna Naill, Episcopal Church Women President, tells us what's for sale.
Raffle tickets for a weekend getaway to Paradise Guest Ranch, a $100 gift certificate to the Sports Lure or an oak laptop desk hand-made by Don Kraen will be offered. Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5.
And pictures with Santa will be available at Cooley Images downtown Friday from 10 to 4pm and Saturday from 10am to 5:30pm.
