Buffalo Council Renews Contract With St. Francis Shelter

At last week's meeting, the Buffalo City Council approved a request from St. Francis Animal Shelter to renew their contract for services relating to animal control, housing and other services performed for the city, with a couple of minor changes they made to the agreement.

Penny Loughan, with the St. Francis Animal Shelter, spoke on behalf of the shelter and the minor changes, which she explained.

The changes were acceptible to the council, who unanimously voted to accept the changes and renew the agreement and contract with the shelter for another year.
