Buffalo City building Inspector Toby Rhoades gave his report to the city council at their last meeting, saying the plumbing at the Sports Fields Complex building is beginning to be installed.

Work on the new Cloud Peak School is progressing on schedule, he said, and the new youth building at the Wesleyan Church is also going up and has been inspected.

Building permit numbers have increased, he said, with $4,000 worth sold since the last council meeting.

Rhoades also discussed the upcoming City-Wide Cleanup.

The city will continue the program to pay for freon capture.

A change this year is city residents need to bring a current water bill with them to prove esidency before a voucher will be issued.

Last year the City-Wide Cleanup collected 59,280 lbs. of garbage, according to Rhoades.
