Buffalo Council Passes Resolution For ADA Grant

A resolution was brought before the Buffalo City Council for their consideration at their last meeting that will allow the city to apply for grant funding for a study within the city.

City Clerk/Treasurer Julie Silbernagel explains more about the resolution and the study.

The study will eventually compose an ADA Transition Plan, which is required for state and local governments.
The plan will address deficiencies, identify obstacles that limit access for individuals with disabilities, outline how to make them accessible, and provide a schedule for making access modifications.

The Buffalo City Council passed the resolution unanimously.
