Buffalo Council To Discuss Agreements For Pipeline Projects

Buffalo's City Council, at their Tuesday meeting, will discuss two separate project agreements for two different pipeline projects.

The first is on the NW Water Transmission line project which is being proposed by the city and county to provide water to county residents and supply a redundant tie-in pipeline to the Greenleaf Subdivision east of Buffalo.

The other is a discussion on the proposed Buffalo S Loop transmission pipeline. They will be discussing the Project Agreement, mortgage, pledge of revenues and the promissory note.

The council is expected to pass on third and final reading Ordinance No. 1362, which will allow the city to sell municipal water to county residents.

The city council meeting will begin at 5pm Tuesday afternoon at Buffalo's City Hall.
