Buffalo Council To Consider Lot Subdivision Tuesday

Buffalo Council To Consider Lot Subdivision Tuesday

At their meeting this evening, the Buffalo City Council will discuss a subdivision of an existing lot into three seperate lots to allow seperate sale and ownership of the lots.

The lots are in the county, but will need the approval of both the city council and the county commissioners for the lot subdivision.

The lots are within the extraterritorrial zone within one-mile of the city limits, requiring both entities to approve of the changes.

Also on the agenda, Ordinance No. 1358 will have its second reading, which will have the city vacate an alleyway in the Hamilton Addition to the city.

Vikki Chenette, with the Johnson County Arts and Humanities Council will discuss the old Clear Creek School Building with the council.

And County Commission Chair Smokey Wildeman will attend the meeting to discuss water and sewer tap fees for the county's fuel station on the King Property.

The meeting begins at 5pm at Buffalo's City Hall.
