Buffalo Council Approves Senior Center's Furnace Repair

Buffalo Council Approves Senior Center's Furnace Repair

The Buffalo Senior Center put in a request to the Buffalo City Council at their meeting last week for approval to repair the furnace in the city-owned building.

Mayor Randy Dyess and councilman Russ Humphrey brought the request before the council.

The $1,000 will come from the city's Building Maintenance Fund.

Also approved by the council was Resolution No. 1342 which changes the personnel policy of the City of Buffalo pertaining to vacation and leave and how it is accumulated.

Buffalo Police Chief Jason Carder explains.

The council voted to amend the city's personnel policy to reflect the request.
