Buffalo Council Approves Microbrewery License

Buffalo Council Approves Microbrewery License

At their meeting Tuesday night, the Buffalo City Council approved a request for a microbrewery license for Clear Creek Brewing Co, LLC.
The new brewery will be located at 48 S. Main Street in Buffalo, and the owners of the brewery are currently renovating the building in hopes of opening for business in June or July of this year.
Business co-owner Mike Engling, on behalf of himself and his two partners Chris Jones and Robert McCorkle, gave the council a brief description of what they want to do.
Hours and days of operation are still undecided but they are leaning toward 11am until midnight four days a week, possibly more in the summertime during tourist season.
The council unanimously approved their request for the microbrewery license.
