O'Reilly Auto Parts is on schedule and Rhoades said he was scheduled to perform a walk-through with the State Fire Marshal.

And City Attorney Ben Kirven requested the council approve him attending the “Public Contracts and Procurement Regulations in Wyoming” educational program December 3rd in Cheyenne.

He explains what the training seminar is about.

Kirven said he has money remaining in his budget to cover the $329 cost of the program, and the council approved him attending.
