Buffalo Council Appoints Dyess As WAM Delegate

At their last meeting, the Buffalo City Council appointed and approved Mayor Randy Dyess as the voting delegate for the Wyoming Association of Municipalities, or WAM, Annual meetings which will be in Laramie next month.

WAM's purpose, according to their website, is to build strong communities by striving to make Wyoming's communities better places to give citizens a chance to make a living, create a home for their families, and create a future for themselves and to leave a legacy for future Wyomingites. WAM's goals include backing state and federal legislation beneficial to Wyoming municipalities, and actively opposing detrimental legislation, to build effective leadership through education and services.

Dyess will be attending the WAM Annual Meeting June 13-16 in Laramie.
