Buffalo City Council to Present Budget Ordinance

The annual appropriation bill will be presented for first reading at the Buffalo City Council meeting Tuesday afternoon. Ordinance No. 1348 will provide the annual budget for the City of Buffalo through June 30, 2012.

Buffalo Mayor Randy Dyess tells us more about the budget and the ordinance introducing it.

On the agenda for the Council meeting Tuesday: Paul Millhouse will discuss with the Council a park lane strip.

The Council will discuss a Delegation of Authority Agreement, which according to Dyess, concerns getting local entities prepared in case of an emergency situation.

The department heads will give their reports, and the schedules for upcoming meetings, happenings and events will be announced.

The Buffalo City Council meeting will begin at 5 o'clock this evening in Buffalo City Hall.
