Buffalo City Attorney Report: Easements, Class Request

Buffalo City Attorney Report: Easements, Class Request

At last week's Buffalo City Council meeting, City Attorney Ben Kirven gave his report, touching on a number of subjects including easement changes and classes he would like to attend.

Easements for the second treated water line from the treatment plant east to the city along Highway 16 have been secured, but one landowner in the area was not pleased with the path of the line across his property. A Corrective Water Line Easement Agreement has been drafted and Kirven asked for permission to implement the new agreement, which was given.

Kirven also asked for permission to attend a class in Casper next month. He explains what the class will cover.

The council approved him attending the class.
