The Buffalo Chamber of Commerce has released the schedule of events for this year's Longmire Days, which will be happening July 8th, 9th, and 10th.

Longmire Days is a celecbration of the “Longmire” television series, now shooting its fifth season to be streamed on Netflix later this year.
The series is based on the Longmire series of books, written by local author Craig Johnson.
The books take place in ficticious Durant, Absoraka County, Wyoming and are based on people and places in and around Buffalo and Johnson County.

Although many of the Longmire Days events are free and open to the public, some require a fee to participate and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so the quicker one signs up, the better chance they have to be included in their favorite events with the stars from the series and other VIPs.

Angela Fox, Director of the Buffalo Chamber of Commerce, said they have already started to receive registration forms from those wanting to participate in this year's events, and those that haven't signed up yet should do so ASAP.

For those that would like to sign up for one or more of the events, or to see this year's schedule of events, click on the chamber of commerce's link with this story online at sheridanmedia.com.
