Buffalo Boy Scout Seeks Permission For Project

A local boy scout approached the Buffalo City Council at their last meeting to ask permission to install his proposed project at Tie Hack Reservoir this summer.

Wyatt Tellock, with Boy Scout Troop 415 in Buffalo, is working towards his Eagle Scout medal and badge and has decided which project he wants to conquer for his leadership badge.
He will build a life vest station at the reservoir for people to borrow vests from as they need them.

He explains the project to the council.

The council voted to have the mayor sign the scout's paperwork and approve of him installing the life vest station at the reservoir.
