Buffalo Alcohol Compliance Checks Nets Two Citations

Buffalo police performed 18 alcohol compliance checks on April 25th, resulting in two failures, one by City Liquor and the other by the Maverik store.

Buffalo Police Chief Jason Carder informed the city council during his report Tuesday night.
Carder explained that two other establishments also failed and explained why they weren't cited.

Carder also reported 1,167 incidents for the month of April and dispatch handled 3,310 calls.

Animal Control Officer Karen Kimutis responded to three animal calls in the county, for which the county will be charged $150.

Finally, Carder thanked Dave Simonsen and Marilyn Connolly for their help in putting on last month's Active Shooter Training Course at the former Clear Creek School building.
