The commission accepted the existing contracts with a 5% across-the-board increase in fees for VOA, and an increase in hours for the drug counselor position from ¼ time to half time.

The commission approved one-day malt beverage permits for the Buffalo Chamber of Commerce's Wild Bunch for their annual luau; and for the the Big Horn Mountain Festival for July 10th, 11th, and 12th.
They also approved a one-day catering permit for Taylor's Invasion Bar for a retirement party.

Manual Rodriguez was approved by the commissioners and appointed to the Planning Commission Board.

Planned to discuss but tabled from the agenda was the Public Health's financial policy.
