After over two hours of hearing staff presentations, public concerns and a report from the developer and engineer for the project, the Sheridan City Council approved the conceptual plan for the Bridgecreek Planned Unit Development.

The Bridgecreek PUD will be located north of Smith Street and west of Jefferson Street just adjacent to the pedestrian bridge to Kendrick Park. Developer Paul Del Rossi explains what he's proposing.

Del Rossi says that all of the concerns that were raised by those that live in the area will be addressed.

Del Rossi stated that he and his engineer, Megan Crow, will work with City Staff on addressing the neighbors' concerns before a final plat is brought back before the Council.

Take a look at daves list of Campaign Contributors,which is public record.You'll find that outside of two of daves relatives Kinnison contributed the most to daves campaign.This is nothing but whitney calling on a favor.And the mayor will deliver.He has to.

Del Rossi is nothing but a public front and the real ownership of these lots is whitney benefits.

I feel terrible for you and your neighbors.You have no city council to rely on to do the right thing.Please don't give up,continue to fight this,because you're in the right.

The community should be concerned with this proposed development. It will be sited adjacent to Kendrick Park, probably the most used outdoor facility in our community. Given the plethora of housing now available in Sheridan, as well as the likely other possible development sites, it seems ridiculous and inappropriate to site a housing development next to one of our community's outdoor treasures. The approval of this

The approval of this conceptual plat,is proof that the mayor is willing to go along with anything that Whitney Benefits wants to do,even if it is wrong.

Del Rossi owns one lot in this development.Granted he was involved in york place which went bankrupt and had to be bought back by First interstate bank.
