A Conditional Use Permit was approved by Sheridan County in 2012 for the “Born in a Barn” vendor sale at 415 US Highway 14 East.

At their regularly scheduled meeting Wednesday, the Sheridan County Commissioners approved an amendment to the CUP that broadens the existing permitted vendor-sale use. County Planner Mark Reid explains that there are four changes to the original CUP that were approved for the 5.13 acre business site.

Commissioner Bob Rolston talked about how the perception of the site has changed since it was originally authorized in 2012.

Born in a Barn is owned and operated by Shelley and Brian Kinnison. The next vendor sale will be September 8 and 9.
