Big Horn Mountain Festival 'Almost Perfect' This Year

Big Horn Mountain Festival 'Almost Perfect' This Year

The Eighth Annual Big Horn Mountain Festival was a great success again this year, according to co-organizer Paul Jarvis.

The weather was great, not too hot and no rainfall to dampen spirits.
Jarvis said the lineup of great entertainment was again top-notch this year. Plans are already in the making for the 2013 Big Horn Mountain Festival.

The three-day festival began Friday and ran through Sunday at the Johnson County Fairgrounds in Buffalo.

Musical acts included headliner Michael Martin Murphey, Houston Jones, Northern Departure and Jalan Crossland among many others.

Although no specific numbers were available as of Sunday afternoon, Jarvis said this year's turnout was the biggest one yet.
