BHS Drama Department Presents 'Oklahoma!'

Rodgers and Hammerstein's musical, “Oklahoma!,” will be performed by the Buffalo High School Drama Department this Friday and Saturday at the schools' auditorium.

Drama Coach Nancy Tabb said she has 25 students and 8 adults to perform the big musical, which won a Pulitzer Prize in 1944.

She give us a brief run down of the story line of “Oklahoma.”

Songs featured in the musical include “The Surrey with the Fringe on Top,” “Oh What a Beautiful Mornin'” and “Oklahoma!”

The performances will be this Friday, February 28th and Saturday, March 1st at 7 o'clock both nights.

Admission is free, but donations will be accepted to help with costs of putting on the play.
