The Sheridan County Museum started its “Behind the Scenes Saturday” program in 2013 during the off-season as a means to give the public a glimpse of what goes on at the museum on a day-to-day basis. This year’s first program will be Saturday from 10 to 2 at the museum at 850 Sibley Circle in Sheridan.

Museum Director John Woodward explains what the program will entail.

Woodward said that they will also be hosting a special Tidbit Saturday for children at 10 as well. Both programs are free and open to the public, however, Woodward said that they would appreciate it if parents would call the museum at 675-1150 in advance to reserve a spot for the Tidbit program.
