Sheridan College in Johnson County is again offering their annual “Rope For Knowledge” event to benefit their Johnson County Scholarship Fund this Saturday at the Johnson County Fairgrounds in Buffalo, but those wanting to compete need to register before Thursday.

Ashlea Bassett, with Sheridan College in Johnson County, said this is the 11th annual roping event, to raise funds for scholarships for Johnson County residents to attend either Gillette College, Sheridan College, or Sheridan College in Johnson County.
