And the Interim President At Sheridan College Is...

The Northern Wyoming Community College District Board of Trustees announced who the Interim President of Sheridan College would be at their monthly meeting Thursday night. Trustees interviewed the four candidates for the position earlier this week and after an executive session that spanned 40 minutes, the Board declared that Dr. Jon Connolly would fill the role left vacant by outgoing President Dr. Kevin Drumm.

Connolly says that those around him will be a big help in transitioning into his new position as Interim President.

Connolly stated that he does not intend to make himself a candidate for president of the College.

Connolly joined the Northern Wyoming Community College District this past summer when he was hired as Vice President of Academic Affairs.

Board Chair Bruce Hoffman said that an extensive search for the College's next president will begin next month and that the search could take anywhere from 5 to 8 months.
